Technical support is available to all customers with an active support package with hardware or software.
The majority of support calls can be resolved over the phone, by email or screen-share collaboration. In the rare case we are unable to resolve an issue remotely, such as a critical hardware issue that would require a Certified Technician to fix, we can offer field services.
Support calls are answered by our dedicated support teams, so you can be assured of assistance from our trained specialists to assist with any questions or issues that may arise with hardware, software or system integration by calling 0121 445 451 (option 2 on keypad). Or email support@cckeys.co.uk

In order to provide a high level of service, our support team is backed by a fleet of experienced engineers who can provide on-site support if needed.Support Package
After investing in our Electronic Key Management systems, you may want to consider a monthly/yearly Support Contract.A cost effect comprehensive package includes:
- Access to our dedicated support team, including telephone, email, and remote support. Our team of dedicated professionals can resolve most issues remotely and always within the agreed SLA.
- Support Desk open Monday-Friday 09.00 -17.00
- All software upgrades, including the latest feature updates which are designed to enhance the software functionality and simplify the user experience.
- All parts are included in the maintenance contract, except where damage or vandalism has occurred.
- One free annual health check is held on-site. These visits ensure your system is operating at its peak and help to identify any issues before they occur.
You can always pay for support as you go however, this will not be as cost-effective as a monthly/yearly Support Contract.
